Open any product and tap "Order via WhatsApp". A message opens pre-filled with the product name, price and SKU. Send it to us and we'll confirm stock, delivery time and payment. There is no online checkout — ordering happens entirely over WhatsApp.

Do you deliver across Sri Lanka? expand_more

Yes. DreamTek Electronics delivers to every district in Sri Lanka — from Colombo to outstation towns. We confirm the timeframe and any courier charge on WhatsApp before you commit.

How long does delivery take? expand_more

We dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days. Colombo and the suburbs usually arrive in 1–3 days; outstation deliveries take about 2–5 days. Once your order ships, we share the tracking details on WhatsApp.

What payment methods do you accept? expand_more

Cash on Delivery in most areas, bank transfer, and interest-free installments with KOKO. Pay when your order arrives or transfer in advance — whichever you prefer. We share the details when confirming your order.

Can I pay in installments with KOKO? expand_more

Yes. KOKO lets you split your purchase into 3 interest-free installments over 60 days — 0% interest when you pay on time. Every product page shows the per-installment amount, so you know exactly what you'll pay. Just tell us you'd like to use KOKO when you message us to order.

Are your products genuine? expand_more

Absolutely. Every product we sell is 100% authentic and brand new, supplied with the applicable manufacturer or seller warranty.

Is there a warranty? expand_more

Most products include a warranty ranging from 3 months to several years depending on the brand and item. The exact warranty is listed on each product page under Technical Specifications. See our Warranty & Returns policy for what's covered.

Are the prices in Sri Lankan Rupees? expand_more

Yes, all prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Many items are discounted below the recommended retail price — look for the "Save %" badge.

Can I exchange or return an item? expand_more

Faulty, dead-on-arrival or incorrect items can be replaced — just message us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We don't offer change-of-mind returns, so ask us anything before you order. Full details are on our Warranty & Returns page.

We're based in Weligampitiya, Ja-Ela, Sri Lanka. Most orders are placed on WhatsApp and delivered island-wide, but you're welcome to reach us by phone at +94 76 916 9297.
