Catalogue & pricing
Product information, specifications and prices (in LKR) are provided in good faith and may change without notice. We work hard to keep every detail accurate, but occasional errors happen. The final price and availability are always confirmed when you order on WhatsApp, and an item's price is only fixed once we confirm it with you.
How ordering works
There is no online checkout. When you tap "Order via WhatsApp", a message opens pre-filled with the product name, price and SKU. Sending it is a request to purchase — not a completed sale. Your order is confirmed only once we reply to verify stock, price and delivery. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we cannot verify the delivery details.
Stock availability
"In stock" reflects our latest catalogue data and is reconfirmed at the time of ordering. If an item sells out before we confirm, we'll let you know and suggest an alternative.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery in most areas, bank transfer, and interest-free installments through KOKO on eligible items. We'll confirm the available options for your location and order before you commit.
Delivery
We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka. Delivery times and any courier charges are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. See our Island-wide Delivery page for details.
Warranty & returns
Products are covered by the warranty shown on each product page. Faulty or incorrect items are handled under our Warranty & Returns policy. Please read it for what's covered and how to make a claim.
