Your name, phone number and — for delivery — your address. Nothing else. The products, prices, SKUs and the fulfilment charge are already totalled for you, and your browser can remember your details for next time.
Review, then confirm
Before anything is sent you get a review screen showing the whole order: items, quantities, where it's going and the exact amount to pay. Nothing is placed until you press Confirm — so no tap can order something by accident.
We call you
For a delivery we ring to confirm stock and timing before dispatch. For a pickup we ring when your order is packed and waiting. Nothing is charged online either way.
Pay when you get it
Check the product, then pay cash — to the courier at your door, or over the counter at 14, Sir Baron Jayathilaka Mawatha, Colombo 01. Bank transfer and KOKO installments are options too.

Can I collect my order from the store instead? expand_more
Yes, and it's free. Pick "Collect from our store" at checkout, and instead of the LKR 450 delivery charge you pay nothing extra. We pick, test and pack the order and call you within 24 hours to say it's ready; collect it from 14, Sir Baron Jayathilaka Mawatha, Colombo 01, check it at the counter and pay cash there. Wait for our call before you travel — stock isn't held until the order is confirmed, and that call is how you know it's on the counter with your name on it.
What if I order something by mistake? expand_more
Two things stop that happening. The order button never places an order — it opens a review screen showing every item, the address and the exact total, and only the Confirm button on that screen sends anything. And if you send the same order twice, the second one is flagged before it goes. If a mistake still gets through, call +94 76 916 9297 within 12 hours with the reference from your confirmation screen and we'll cancel it — nothing was charged, so there's nothing to refund.
How much is delivery? expand_more
A flat LKR 450, anywhere in Sri Lanka. It is charged once per order rather than per item, so a cart with four products still pays LKR 450. The charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you confirm, and the courier collects products plus delivery together in cash.
Is cash on delivery safe? expand_more
Yes — it's the safest way to buy online, because you pay nothing until the order is in your hands. Nothing is charged online, and in most areas you can check the product at the door before you pay the courier.
What if I have a question before ordering? expand_more
