Your warranty
Every product we sell is brand new and authentic. Warranty length depends on the brand and item — from 3 months up to several years — and is listed on each product page under Technical Specifications. Keep your WhatsApp order confirmation as proof of purchase; that's all you need to make a claim.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects and hardware faults under normal use.
- Dead-on-arrival units — eligible for a replacement.
- Functional failures that occur within the product's stated warranty period.
What's not covered
- Physical, liquid or accidental damage.
- Unauthorised repairs, tampering or modifications.
- Normal wear of consumable parts, such as batteries beyond their stated period.
- Lost or stolen items, and damage from misuse.
Dead on arrival
If your item arrives faulty or won't power on, tell us within 7 days of delivery. Send a short photo or video of the problem on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a replacement or a repair under warranty — at no extra cost to you.
Returns & exchanges
Received the wrong item, or a damaged package? Let us know within 7 days and we'll sort it out with a replacement. Because every order is hand-confirmed on WhatsApp before it ships, mistakes are rare — but if one slips through, it's on us to fix.
Please note: as our prices are kept low and orders are confirmed individually, we don't offer change-of-mind returns once an item has been delivered. Ask us anything before you order and we'll make sure it's the right fit.
How to make a claim
Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and a description of the issue — a photo or short video helps us move faster. We'll guide you through inspection, repair or replacement and keep you updated at every step.
