DreamTek Electronics respects your privacy. This website is a static product catalogue — it has no online checkout and no login, and it does not collect personal data through web forms. The sections below explain the limited information we do receive and how we handle it.
Information we collect
When you choose to order or contact us, you share information with us directly:
- Order details: when you place an order, the form collects your name, delivery address, phone number and any note you add, so we can confirm, fulfil and deliver the order. If you tick "remember my details", your name, phone and address are stored in your own browser (localStorage) on your device only — never on our servers — so the next order is quicker. Clearing your browser data removes them.
- Contact details: any information you include if you call or email us with a question or a warranty claim.
How we use your information
We use the information you share only to:
- Confirm, process and deliver your order.
- Arrange courier delivery and cash-on-delivery or bank-transfer payment.
- Provide after-sales support, including warranty and returns.
- Reply to your questions.
We never sell your information, and we don't use it for unsolicited marketing.
Who we share it with
We share only what's necessary to get your order to you — for example, your name, address and phone number with the courier handling your delivery. Orders submitted through the site are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that processes the submission under its own privacy policy. We do not share your details with any other third party for their own purposes.
Cookies & analytics
We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate traffic, such as which pages are popular. This does not identify you personally. Our wishlist feature saves your chosen items locally in your own browser — that data stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Data retention
We keep order and contact records only as long as needed to support your purchase, honour warranties and meet any legal or accounting obligations. After that, we remove them.
Your choices
