Where we deliver
We deliver to every district in Sri Lanka — all 9 provinces, from Colombo and the suburbs to outstation towns. No matter where you are on the island, your order reaches you.
How long it takes
We dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days of confirming them. After that:
- Colombo & suburbs: usually 1–3 business days.
- Outstation: typically 2–5 business days, depending on the courier route.
We confirm the exact timeframe for your address when we call you back after your order — so you always know when to expect your package.
Delivery charges
Delivery is a flat LKR 450 anywhere in Sri Lanka — the same whether you're in Colombo or Point Pedro. It is charged once per order, not per item, so putting several products in one cart costs you LKR 450 in total rather than LKR 450 apiece.
You see the charge added to your total before you confirm — in the cart, at checkout and in the order confirmation — so there are no surprises at the door. The courier collects the full amount (products + delivery) in cash when your order arrives.
Pay cash on delivery
In most areas you can inspect your order and pay in cash when it arrives. Prefer to pay ahead? Bank transfer is available too, and you can split eligible purchases into 3 installments with KOKO (the KOKO plan adds a 12% fee, so it totals 12% above our listed price). We confirm the options for your location when you order.
