Frequently asked questions
How much does the R36S cost in Sri Lanka? expand_more
The R36S is priced at LKR 11,990 at DreamTek — down from LKR 14,000, saving you 14%. All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
Is the R36S genuine and does it come with a warranty? expand_more
Yes. Every product we sell is 100% authentic with genuine-product assurance. We don't sell fakes.
Can I pay for the R36S in installments? expand_more
Yes — KOKO splits it into 3 payments of about LKR 4,476 each. The KOKO plan adds a 12% fee (already included in that amount), so it totals 12% above the LKR 11,990 cash price; cash on delivery and bank transfer cost the listed price.
How do I order the R36S? expand_more
You can't — the R36S is sold out, so its order buttons are disabled and we won't take an order we can't ship. Browse the consoles we do have in stock, and once it's back you order it in two taps: "Add to Cart" (then check out) or "Buy Now", with your name and phone number. Delivery is a flat LKR 450 island-wide across Sri Lanka, cash on delivery — or collect free from our Colombo store.
Can I collect the R36S from your store instead of paying delivery? expand_more
Not while it's sold out. When the R36S is back you'll be able to choose store pickup at checkout, collect it free from 14, Sir Baron Jayathilaka Mawatha, Colombo 01 and pay cash at the counter instead of paying the flat LKR 450 delivery charge.
Is the R36S in stock? expand_more
The R36S is currently sold out. Browse the consoles we do have in stock, or check back — our catalogue is rebuilt as stock changes.
